  • Design strength training programs for Soldiers _1_, compliant with NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC standards.
  • Maintain industry standards by adhering to guidelines set by the Army Brigade Program Director (BDE PD).
  • Document Soldier/unit progression as directed.
  • Manage equipment operations.
