    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Production Services/SRE Team supporting the Asset Management Technology - Cloud Platform solutions. You will provide level 2 application support and work closely with multiple BU. The position requires a deep understanding of application and infrastructure support and familiarity with supporting cloud computing environments. We build reliability into our ecosystem by applying best practices in Resiliency Engineering, Automation, Observability & Chaos Testing.

    • 4+ years of experience in systems and platform operations and technology management
    • Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and system design, development, test and operational automation
    • Solid understanding of On Prem and Public Cloud as well as hands on experience working with public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    • Experience supporting 24/7, continuous availability production and managed environments.
    • Deep understanding of software architecture to help empower software developers and engineers to build platforms with greater resiliency and fault tolerance in mind.
    • SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles a plus resiliency, observability and governance gating
    • Software development skills (at least one) proficiency in the C#, ASP .net stack and Java development. Fluency with one or more additional languages like Python, PHP, C/C++, Ruby
    • Experience with Cloud computing, VMs, Windows, Linux, Azure and AWS
    • Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins
    • Knowledge of networking, firewalls & load balancers.
    • Knowledge of best practices for IT operations in an always-on, always-available service model
    • Great communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work across teams to continuously analyze system performance in production, troubleshoot consumer reported issues, and proactively identify areas in need of optimization.
    • An ability to lead change in a creative and collaborative manner with business and technical partners.

    As a member of the Site Reliability Engineering & Production Services team, you will work with other technology professionals to support Asset Management Technology - Cloud Platform solutions. The team comes from diverse technical backgrounds, and the responsibilities provide the opportunity for a variety of challenges. Ideal candidates will have a background in either software engineering or systems engineering with a desire to learn the other or previous experience as an SRE. We are looking for a Systems Thinking, SRE Engineer who has helped teams scale through production insights, operational automation, developer guidance, real-time metrics, automation.
