    What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead and mentor a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional support for individuals with disabilities
    • Manage hiring, training, schedules, and smooth daily program operations
    • Provide hands-on assistance when needed—meals, medication administration, personal care
    • Support independence and community engagement through outings, work, and activities
    • Model compassion, teamwork, and accountability for your team

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education
    • Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
