Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated LVN's to join our Private Duty Nursing team.+
Responsibilities
+•Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of RN.+•Assists in identifying the patient's/client's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation.+•Participates in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN,+in accordance with the POC.+•Provides patient/client and caregiver education.+Benefits
