- Leading spring planning sessions.
- Coordinating teams & internal resources.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensuring projects meet well thought out deadlines.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Designing and signing off on contracts.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission, and review.
- Articulating risk mitigation plans.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Managing large & diverse teams across multiple geographies.
- Minimum 5 years' of program/project management experience, preferably in an international product based company.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Working knowledge of Jira would be a plus.
- Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology
- Knowledge of the entire SDLC, Agile techniques (user stories, CI/CD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc.)
- Knowledge of our company's cultural values.
- Generate the data required to make informed decisions.
- Conflict resolution skills.
