- 3-5 years of Retail Management experience overseeing Sales Departments
- Proficient in calculations, problem-solving, financial interpretation, and report writing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Skilled in PC-based applications and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated team management abilities
- Regular computer work, walking, and standing
- Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Occasional ladder climbing and machinery operation
- May work in various environmental conditions
