    Job Title: Employee Experience Coordinator

    About the Role:
    We're looking for a people-centric, self-starting part-time employee experience coordinator to support First Orion's People Team. This role plays a hands-on, highly visible part in creating a warm, welcoming and well-maintained environment for our team members. If you have an interest in hospitality, customer service or employee experience this is an excellent entry point into People Operations.
    This role is physical and fast-paced perfect for someone who enjoys being active helping others and creating meaningful moments throughout the workday.

    Daily Experience Operations

    • Restock snacks drinks coffee supplies throughout office breakrooms
    Keep breakrooms tidy welcoming fully stocked
    • Break down boxes manage recycling waste in breakroom areas
    Maintain clean organized efficient stock room
      Receive incoming packages track inventory restock supplies as needed
