Revenue Auditor - Gulfport, United States - Island View Casino Resort

Description

Audit all areas of the casino using written checklists and audit procedures; investigates unusual occurrences and variances and reports them to the revenue audit supervisor.

Prepares exception reports for errors and violations of internal controls and gaming regulations. Reads meters on slot machines an enters them into the slot system.


Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED and able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit required. Revenue audit or casino experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented and be able to enter data correctly and accurately. Must be able to follow written checklists and audit procedures. Possesses basic knowledge in microsoft excel and have used excel in a work environment for at least 6 months. Must be able to use a 10-key calculator. Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis and work overtime when necessary.
