    Are you a nurturing and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling role in Marquette, Michigan? We're actively seeking a dedicated RN for an exciting 13-week contract. If you have a heart for home health, possess strong clinical abilities, and are committed to providing top-notch patient care, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to craft comprehensive home care treatment plans.
    • Maintain meticulous records and monitor patient conditions and progress.
    • Administer medications and provide crucial wound care as needed.
    • Ensure meticulous documentation using relevant systems, including HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Active RN licensure in Michigan.
    • Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
    • Prior experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms preferred.
    • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

    Details:

    • Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Marquette, MI area.
    • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Marquette.
    • Comprehensive benefits package available for eligible candidates.
