Job summary
We are looking for an individual who is highly experienced and ambitious;A Resident Manager is responsible for all departments within the property,
and requires someone that can facilitate the efficient operation of the staff and assure property maintenance of the apartments and distributing information and correspondence to residents.
The Resident Manager must have the ability to be very hands on by being involved in all aspects of the property,
as well as have the vision and ambition to take on challenges and opportunities offered.
Duties
- Coordinate apartment rentals marketing initiatives building operations including purchasing administration.
- Inspect condition of apartment units arranged necessary repairs upgrades ensure proper prior new tenant occupancy.
- Responsible lease administration preparation rental agreements extensions existing rental agreements process prospective tenant applications obtain credit reports collect rents notify District Manager outstanding rents make bank deposits prepare serve notices tenants follow enforce fair housing landlord-tenant laws regulations maintain effective customer service program resident retention activities services efficient maintenance management program foster positive collaborative relationships residents vendors community.
