- Apply strong analytical and technical skills and industry best practices to support business solution implementation
- Conduct task team meetings
- Communicate funding balance after MIPR submission and acceptance
- Assist in managing TDL execution
- Assist COR in managing CLIN and TO ceiling balance
- Assist COR with Contract Modification Package prep and submission
- Discuss requirements and contracting options with MPs
- Coordinate with COR on scope analysis
- Execute closeout of TDL documentation
- Must possess at least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of GSA FEDSIM operations is strongly desired
- Experience in a Multi-tenant environment
- Direct experience with and working knowledge of interagency agreements (IAAs) and IAA General Terms and Conditions (GT&C), forms 7600A and 7600B, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs).
- Desired experience supporting acquisition and/or fiscal management activities of a single award TO utilized by multiple government agencies with multiple, simultaneously running projects (not inclusive of base contract vehicles, such as, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Broad Agency Announcement (BAAs), Identify Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs), or Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)).
- Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture as it relates to clients information systems.
- Experience using MS Office Suite, MS Project, Google Drive
- Tableau experience desired
- Experience and understanding of workflows and master schedules
- Experience in a complex contract financial environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in briefing and communicating with Senior Leadership/Executives
