    Marketing Project Manager
    *Shift Timing: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm**At \*\*\*, we're dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our customers, and that extends to our virtual events and webinars. We're seeking an experienced Virtual Event Marketing Manager to join our team.

    This role will focus on building awareness for \*\*\*'s suite of products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on virtual events and webinars.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a knack for both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.

    *Experience in B2B marketing, preferred experience in virtual events.

    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Independent worker who moves projects forward.
    • Document completed project work in program guides, project plans and performance reporting.
    • Manage communications and webinar calendars to promote internally.
    • Manage lead flow for webinar post events and manage tasks associated with virtual event follow up.
    *Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    *Experience usings SalesForce.

    • Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or years in related work experience.
