Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7 am - 12 am/2 pm - 6 pm
Tuesdays 12:30 pm - 6 pm

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our clinic.

*Responsibilities for Receptionist*:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients

Your responsibilities will include:
* *Check-In and Check-Out*: Efficiently handle patient check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* *Patient Accounts*: Manage patient accounts, including billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
* *Scheduling*: Coordinate patient appointments and schedules, optimizing our clinic's workflow.
* *Promoting In-Office Events*: Actively promote and inform patients about upcoming in-office events and wellness programs.
* *Confirmation Phone Calls*: Make reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments, enhancing patient attendance.
* *Financial Conversations*: Engage in informative and empathetic conversations with patients about their financial responsibilities.
* *Team Collaboration*: Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure a cohesive and patient-centric approach to care.
* *Community Involvement*: Engage with and contribute to our local community.
