    Job Purpose/ Summary
    The HSE Sr.

    Analyst – LMS position assists with administering employee training through the Learning Management System (LMS) including testing new content, troubleshooting user technical issues, assisting with assignments, documenting processes, and developing reports and queries for a variety of internal needs.

    This position will serve as the first point of contact for issues related to eLearning and will assist in coordinating and executing support and resolution on an as-needed basis.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Partner with functional departments and subject matter experts to create and manage system-level learning assignments i.e., regulatory compliance, technical training
    Partner with functional departments to implement training curriculum
    Knowledge of system integrations within the LMS to advise on regulatory reporting, training assignment configuration, and learner profiles
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user issues, including content, coding, and course configuration errors
    Ensure functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessments, and resource management
    Recommend future improvements, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the LMS, including content management, workflow processes and user experience
    Document existing and new processes, procedures, and guides
    Facilitate training to users, super users, and business unit administrative support
    Manage shared inbox – process a high volume of requests/inquiries, record training completions
    Prepare accurate and consistent reporting for end users, business owners and auditors
    Process Training Department coding and invoicing

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
    Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental skills, principles, and concepts. College degree preferred.
    Ability to effectively collaborate with people of varying backgrounds at different levels within the organization.
    Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
    Knowledge of practices and procedures, skills, regulatory and business training requirements
    Develops skills by performing structured work assignments.
    Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems; asks questions and reviews data to determine the root cause
    Responds to routine or standard requests from internal and/or external clients/partners.
    Must have good organization skills working with project tracking programs and spread sheets as well as written and verbal skills
    Read, write, and speak English fluently
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
    Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
