    Description
    Salary:
    $18-$23/hour (Depending on experience)

    Job Summary:
    Our client is seeking a passionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join their team. The RBT will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, providing therapy to children, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and patient's families. This role is a part-time position hours per week).

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
    • Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
    • Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
    • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
    • Added Advantages: Current RBT certification and CPR.
    Qualifications:
    • Current RBT certification.
    • Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
    • Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
