The Impact You'll MakeYou will be a Valued member of Recursion's daily operations, receiving and delivering materials required to keep our labs running.

Responsible for the physical movement, support, and administrative tasks involved in receiving, handling, storing, and restocking of material used in our labs.

Receive incoming parcel and freight deliveries, process receipt transactions in NAV ERP systemMaintain documentation of receipts, communicate discrepancies or damaged deliveriesApply safety protocols to handling and storage of hazardous and temperature sensitive materialsPerform real time daily replenishment of material in lab stock rooms and warehouse inventoryDeliver special order items quickly to recipientsUtilize warehouse management software and mobile tools to document material movements and inventory transactionsUtilize the Kanban replenishment process to ensure material is pulled in an accurate and timely manner, maintain Kanban levels and update as lab requirements demandPractice lean manufacturing and good housekeeping principles such as 6S with strong inventory controlsThis position will work weekend or swing shifts if necessaryThe Team You'll JoinYou will join the Procurement team, a group critical to the growth and success of Recursion.

With your team members you will deliver excellent and reliable service to the groups that depend on our expertise and responsiveness.

You will collaborate with Material Planning, Category Managers, Purchasing agents, and communicate with individuals throughout Recursion on a daily basis to ensure our labs are fully stocked and operational.

The Experience You'll Need2-3+ years of warehouse experienceKnowledge of ERP system receiving and inventory trackingFamiliarity with checking documentation for accuracy, and troubleshooting receiving problemsUnderstanding of precautions and protocols for handling and storage of biohazard and temperature sensitive materialExperience maintaining accurate inventory and restocking supply rooms, KANBAN systems, or similarAcquaintance with a fast and demanding environment where speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical to successThis is a temporary position that will last approximately 2-3 months.
