    Role Description

    Join our dynamic team as a full-time Associate Financial Advisor in a remote capacity. You will collaborate directly with the firm's founder and other Lead Advisors to learn our robust planning processes and begin sitting in on meetings immediately. The purpose of this role is to prepare you to become a Lead Advisor at Root where you will benefit from our thriving digital marketing funnel. Our marketing funnel generates a steady stream of prospective clients each month, allowing you to focus solely on client service. As a financial advisor at Root, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive financial outcomes for clients, making this the greatest job in the world.     Experience Required

    We are hiring for both the Analyst position and the Associate Advisor position. Both are roles on our advisory career track and the difference comes down to experience. The Analyst role is an entry-level financial planning position that requires 0-2 years of experience. The Associate Advisor role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves more direct client advising.
