    Production Manager

    Join one of the premier Seacoast employers as a Production Manager You'll provide hands-on leadership for your value stream at an advanced technology manufacturing company.

    Responsibilities of the Production Manager
    Coach, train, and support team leaders, associates, and managers to promote the growth and development of team members and build a highly skilled, highly motivated, customer-focused team
    Achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals through use of established processes and lean methodologies
    Develop, track, and report visual metrics and KPIs
    Drive a continuous improvement culture by involving employees in problem-solving and decision-making as well as recognizing them for exceptional work
    Recommend and implement strategies to continually improve manufacturing productivity
    Support new process and product development and implementation
    Foster a safe, diverse, respectful work environment
    Qualifications of the Production Manager
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; plus 3 years in a Manufacturing leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
    Must be a U.S. citizen
    Strong communication and team-building skills
