    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from conception to completion. They will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
    • Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure projects meet or exceed their requirements.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, budget, and milestones.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
    • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
