    Performance Objectives:

    First 90 Days Success Criteria:

    Within the initial three months, you will familiarize yourself with our accounting software, financial processes, and current KPIs, providing insights and suggestions on possible efficiencies and improvements.


    Financial Leadership:

    By the end of the first year, drive improvements in our financial processes to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accuracy.

    Present a detailed evaluation of any areas in our financial processes that might need revision.

    Strategic Initiatives:
    Provide financial insights to support company's broader strategic objectives.

    Collaboration:
    Build strong working relationships with other departments, particularly operations, HR, and sales, ensuring financial insights drive business decision-making.

    Team Development:

    Foster a positive, results-driven culture within the finance team, ensuring consistent communication, training opportunities, and a focus on both personal and departmental growth.


    Budgeting & Forecasting:

    Take the helm in guiding our approach to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and financial health.


    What You'll Need:
    5+ years' experience in accounting or finance; with a proven track record in senior accounting or financial management roles.
    Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and tax regulations.
    Expertise in accounting software (like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financial, etc.) and proficiency in tools like Excel.
    Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
