    Job Description Job Description Job OverviewThe IT Business Analyst III is a member of an IT agile, scrum team responsible for understanding business process objectives and helping their team translate needs into actionable technology requirements, and designs.

    Major activities include requirements gathering, refining of scope, analyzing data sources, assisting with user acceptance testing, and gathering user feedback on IT deliverables.

    The IT Business Analyst 3 will have a hands-on role in the full Agile, Scrum life cycle, from User Story ideation through development, deployment, and production support.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeads the collaboration with key stakeholders by gathering information to better understand their business processes and needs to increase efficiency, productivity, and functionality of IT resources, and through analyzing application dataAssists other developers in unit testing deliverables and facilitates the user acceptance testing with business partners to ensure quality and functionalityParticipates in key agile scrum routines such as backlog grooming, User Story mapping, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to increase efficiencies and processesProvides level 2 support for all technology solutions in the assigned application portfolio by performing root cause analysis, collaborating with business partners and IT teammates to resolve the issues and or incidentsUnderstands and analyzes data sources and provides data mappings for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes that drive our business intelligence strategies through reportingKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesMust have excellent communication and collaboration skillsRequired 5 years experience with IT solution implementationsBuilds positive, trusting relationships with business customers and develops a deep understanding of their needs while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with IT team membersExperience with functional designs, process flows, and designing solution options to solve business problemsManage and facilitate successful, effective meetingsSelf-directed, proactive, and able to prioritize/execute work independentlyEffective communicator, willing to constructively challenge and actively listenSQL experienceMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree (4 years)Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experiencePreferred QualificationsBusiness degree is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
