    Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Program/Project Manager (PM) supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC)Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA.

    Responsibilities:


    • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on
    collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.


    • Knowledge of intelligence production on facilities and infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and
    available analytic tools.


    • Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing operations in a high OPTEMPO environment.
    • Knowledge of intelligence operations in complex urban environments.
    Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.


    • 17 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
    Required Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category.
