- Implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint online, One Drive, Intune, MAM / MDM, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.
- Conditional Access/Tenant policies, M365 mobile device management and Intune
- highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
- and perform the O365 best practices for providing unassailable solutions - both technical and non-technical
- administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations
- with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives
- product testing and integration testing
- security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions
- and promoting standard operations documentation such as procedures, checklists, Knowledge Base Articles and user instructions
- systems adherence and compliance with security standards and practices
- designing and implementing new technologies for applications within the O365 environment
- understanding of compliance and security around 365 to implement best practices
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and technical certification
- Three to five years experience with related Microsoft365 technologies such as Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams
- IT experience and pharmaceutical/life sciences environment preferred
- Written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives
- implementing Microsoft Single Sign-on solutions (ADFS, AAD Connect, etc.)
- Experience with 'cloud' solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
