    Description
    Qualifications Ability to present findings to diverse audiences. Ability to quickly learn new computer software and systems. Experience moderating focus groups desired. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Ability to take initiative work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational verbal and written communication skills.
    Responsiblties Conducts program analysis documents findings and makes recommendations on business processes and data elements. Provides technical and database administration support to federal staff and grantees. Develops and applies new approaches for conducting complex comprehensive studies which deal with major issues affecting program management. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders regarding child care issues and concerns.

    Performs a range of activities related to analyzing data; researching information; and preparing materials of an analytical and descriptive nature.
