Key Responsibilities

Accurate processing of accounts and incoming payments with attention to detail
Maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations
Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, sorting, calculating, posting, and recording data with precision and accuracy
Developing strong written and computer skills to prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits efficiently
Utilizing detail-oriented computation and organization skills to reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, verify payments, and resolve discrepancies
Processing and scrutinizing data to identify and resolve any system discrepancies
Employing problem-solving skills to resolve client billing issues promptly and professionally
Executing timely bill reminders and client contacts to facilitate payment of invoices due
Generating clear and concise financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as an accounts receivable clerk, manager, or accountant with a proven track record of success
- Reliable understanding of industry standards, including basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection rules and regulations
- Accurate calculation, posting, and management of accounting figures and financial records
- Exceptional data entry skills and proficiency in working with numbers
- Significant experience operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Aptean Apprise experience preferred)
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well-versed in customer service and negotiation skills
- Highly detail-oriented thinking and proven accuracy
