Job Summary
To oversee and drive the daily donation and production operation of the store to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
+Responsibilities
- To effectively supervise production employees so that daily production goals are met (minimum 110 garments per hour with a minimum quality standard of 90%).
- To ensure donations are processed in such a way to maximize sales and minimize waste.
