Texas Staffing Solutions is assisting a Toyota Supplier in San Antonio, Texas seeking an energetic, collaborative HR Generalist. First shift and Second shift available. The ideal candidate will assist with the administration of the day-to day HR operations. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, managers, and senior leaders of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee relations matters (employee recognition programs, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews)
• Advise employees on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws as well as company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• File/Scan document into system.
• Walk through production floor and work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

Qualifications:

• Must have High School diploma or GED
• 2 years Human Resource experience
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge intermediate to expert required
• Experience with ADP

Pay: $18-$21 (Based on experience and shift)
