    Senior Inside Sales Representative

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and productive Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day account management, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, process purchase orders, and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal and external resources to prepare quotes, fulfill orders, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve client issues.
    • Maintain accurate records, manage order backlogs, and track quote logs and open orders.
    • Work closely with the sales team to assist with business development and respond to requests for quotes (RFQs).

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
