    As an Mitigation Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization and we will provide you with the necessary resources and support to ensure your success.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Water Crew Chief, Field Supervisor or Mitigation Manager (Required)

    IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, FRT, OCT, ASD)Maintain a clean and valid Driver's licenseWillingness to travel out of town, if requiredPass a background check and drug screeningAbility to lead a team while adhering to company and industry standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:

    As an Mitigation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production operations of your assigned branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

    Your duties will include but are not limited to:
    Engaging in day-to-day operations, such as scheduling dispatching, training and conducting morning meetings.

    Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments and representing UWRG professionally with clients and business partnersEnsuring that the necessary equipment is clean, maintained, available and assigned for each project.

    Monitoring job site safety and productivity though random site visits.

    Continuously training and improving safety, paperwork and production standardsWorking closely with Regional and District managers to establish weekly production goals and ensure that variable expenses such as labor and supplies meet target percentages.


    Compensation and benefits:
