    LocationThis is an in-office opportunity located at 651 Downing Pines Rd West Monroe, LA 71292.PayThe rate of pay is $14.25 per hour plus $4.54 health and welfare.

    Job SummaryThe Client Service representative is responsible for administrative duties pertaining to entering and processing new business, working with new clients to set up access to our website, , answering client questions pertaining to their existing business placed with Coast, new business submission, monitoring servicers for activity, processing mail, escalating to management any situation outside employee's control that could adversely impact the service provided, preparing and updating reports in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring deadlines are met.

    Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with needs relating to current business placed with Coast.
    Assist clients with website and/or web portal accesses.
    Enter/process new business.
    Monitor servicers for payments, new business, and LVC information.
    Generate reports, client statements, and progress reports.
    Set up clients with web access, through multiple portals.
    Take client calls and follow up on client requests.
    Clerical duties.
    Value and support team members and company goals.
    Understand complaint investigation procedures and ensure that management is made aware of problems or issues.
    SecurityInformation and Physical Security is the responsibility of every employee.

    In your position you are required to safeguard the computer systems by following proper username and password management which includes selecting challenging passwords and committing them to memory, they should not be written down or stored where others can freely have access.

    This also includes securing your desk and workstation when you are not there. This includes locking your session and putting sensitive paperwork away when not physically at your desk.

    Working knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.

    Establish a good working relationship with team members and internal contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.

    Skills and AbilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in MS Excel.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
    Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
    Excellent organizational skills, time management and ability to multi-task.
    Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
    Ability to comply with rules, regulations, laws and methods as related to debt collection. Work independently in the absence of immediate supervision.
