- Assemble electronic components, wiring, and sub-assemblies in alignment with engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform basic soldering and de-soldering for through-hole and surface-mount components as needed.
- Utilize small hand tools, fixtures, and equipment effectively during assembly and inspection.
- Conduct visual and magnification inspections of assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Identify and rectify simple defects or escalate issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety procedures, ESD handling guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete all required production documentation and time tracking accurately.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1-2 years in electronic assembly or a related manufacturing field preferred.
- Skills: Basic soldering skills and familiarity with common hand tools are essential.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills combined with a positive attitude.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Description
Evertz USA, Inc. is excited to invite applications for the position of Electronics Assembly and Soldering Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products, ensuring high quality and precision in every task you perform.
This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) requiring in-person attendance. The position is based at our Quintech Electronics and Evertz USA headquarters in Indiana, PA.
