    Description


    This role responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making across the organization.

    Data analyst will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and deliver valuable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

    Responsibilities;

    Data Collection, Processing and Analyses:
    Gather and collect data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories
    Conduct in-depth analysis of after-sales data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement
    Develop and implement data pipelines and automation processes to streamline data collection and processing workflows
    Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends, correlations, and insights within the data
    Develop and apply predictive models and other analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights and solve business problems
    Analyze service request data to identify recurring issues and develop strategies to address them proactively


    Data Visualization and Reporting:
    Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders
    Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver insights-driven solutions
    Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making
    Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors

    Attributes;

    Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze large datasets, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and derive actionable insights from complex data
    Proficiency in using Microsoft office - Excel's built-in analysis tools
    The ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently is essential for handling multiple projects and delivering insights in a timely manner
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Strong problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying root causes of after sales related issues, developing data-driven solutions, and optimizing processes
    To convey expectations, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
    Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement long-term plans for improving organization and develop plans
    Having a keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring data accuracy, detecting errors, and maintaining data integrity throughout the analysis process

    Requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
    At least five years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
