    Silverstone Management is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned multifamily properties.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
    • Schedule and oversee contract vendors
    • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
    • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
    • Oversee properties personnel and assess its performance
    • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
    • Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner
    • Collect rent, and handle late payments when necessary
    • Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
    • Visit sites on a regular basis

      Skills
    • 3-5 years in commercial property management or a similar role
    • Understanding property management
    • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
    • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
    • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Organized with excellent time management skills
    • Ability to multitask efficiently
    • Customer service oriented
