    Our client, a leading food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee their high food production machinery maintenance team.

    Required:

    -TPM

    -Continous Improvement

    -ERP or MRP

    -10 years of maintenance management in the food manufacturing industry

    -Bachelors preferred or experience and certifications

    responsibilities:

    • Maintain a maintenance staff meeting or surpassing company leadership expectations for the Maintenance Department
    • Establish and oversee an employee training system for all maintenance personnel
    • Manage the department budget effectively
    • Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve Company objectives
    • Provide advice and collaborate with Company leaders in setting objectives
    • Integral role within TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
