- Undertake detailed engineering and design tasks for overhead transmission line projects, spanning from conceptual design to construction, ranging from 4kV to 500kV.
- Execute detailed designs for underground transmission line projects, with voltage specifications ranging from 69kV to 230kV.
- Generate detailed cost estimates and opinion of probable cost statements for projects with limited details.
- Develop construction and material specifications, as well as scope documents for construction tenders and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of related design experience.
- Proficient in using PLS software suite, Sag10, AutoCAD or Microstation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for designing transmission lines in the United States, including NESC, CPUC, ASCE, RUS, etc.
