Job summary
We are looking for a Gerontologist to join our team at Kintegra Health and Senior TLC - J-1 Visa Waiver Friendly.This provider will focus on serving fragile elders who prefer to remain in home as opposed to a nursing home.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing direct and indirect care to assigned Senior TLC participants in a clinic, home or community-based model of care.
- This role applies advanced knowledge/clinical skills necessary to assess/manage the healthcare of chronically ill geriatric participants.
