    The All-New Nissan of Everett is on the lookout for talented individuals who want to be part of a team of customer-centric professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-notch products.

    We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our dynamic sales team, offering competitive pay and benefits above industry standards. This is an on-site position in Everett, WA, with no relocation available at the moment.

    The Sales Consultant role includes an hourly rate, a commission based on closed sales value, and a production bonus based on individual or team performance, with no set upper limit beyond sales achievements.

    As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will be guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and staying up-to-date on manufacturer products and trends through training courses.

    Responsibilities:

    • Presenting vehicle attributes, model options, and features to customers
    • Following up and nurturing relationships with previous and potential customers
    • Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport
    • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of manufacturer products and accessories
    • Attending product and training courses to remain informed about brand options and industry trends

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated track record of goal achievement
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
    • Exceptional organizational abilities
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Job Type: Full-time

    Hourly plus commission per month: $2900 to $9000
