Job summary
This position is responsible for providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs. The merchandising lead assists management with the supervision of associates and ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation.The role involves monitoring food and merchandise quality, overseeing the picking and staging of club pick up orders, developing processes to meet business needs, demonstrating compliance with company policies procedures standards of ethics integrity. The merchandising lead also leads participates in teams building strong relationships communicating effectively to motivate influence.
- Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
- Assists management with supervision associates ensuring maintenance sales floor merchandise presentation.
- Maintains safety facility following procedures for forklift spotting handling disposing hazardous materials correcting reporting unsafe situations management.
