    SHIFT:
    8 hour shifts between 6am – 7pm, Monday - Friday

    This role will be responsible for printing payroll checks, statements, beer tickets, and other documents in addition to distributing of those documents.

    This is a critical role providing support not only to payroll printing, but also facilities operations.


    JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
    Support various departments in the printing process for checks, statements, and other documentsManage printing process start to finishTrack and monitor inventory and requested suppliesTrack and distribute checks and documentsAdministrative tasks including but not limited to scanning and mailInvestigate and address returned checksSupport facilities departmentSetting up events and furnitureFollow-up on facility requestsSchedule maintenance repairs


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


    Must be at least 21 years oldHigh school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational and administrative skillsWorking knowledge of office equipment including printers, computers and scannersCustomer service orientedExperience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
