    Role Summary

    Finance Manager


    Location :
    Sunnyvale, CA.


    The Finance Manager will play a key role in building financial management processes and systems at Pebble to prepare the company for continued growth and scaling of manufacturing and sales operations.

    S/he will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, operational finance, accounting, and strategic finance.

    The Finance Manager will be instrumental in driving financial maturity and efficiency finance systems in the company.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives
    Manage and monitor the financial performance of the company, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
    Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
    Lead the month-end and year-end financial close processes
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
    Manage the AP function, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial systems
    Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
    Provide financial analysis for key business decisions, including pricing strategies and, cost optimization,
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, operational finance, and/or strategic finance
    Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
    Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
    Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
    Proficiency in financial systems and software
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Attention to detail and accuracy
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    General familiarity with compliance requirements
