- Must have Oklahoma Pharmacist License' current on licensure required Continuing Education Units; ability to work with the public, maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, maintain a professional manner at all times and maintain confidentiality.
- Must obtain and carry a cellular phone during working hours.
- Must possess an Driver's License and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
- Must have flexibility and availability to cover at least two pharmacist shifts per month to maintain current training and other vacations as needed.
