    Job Description

    The Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association (NICA) is an entity serving families with special needs children, referred to as participants.

    NICA provides lifetime services for participants including case management and funding for all medically necessary expenses. NICA is hiring due to recent retirements and program growth.

    This is a good fit for you if you are compassionate, mission-driven, prefer a predictable schedule (no nights or weekends), and want to work with an exceptional team.


    We are seeking an LPN Case Manager to join our team You will be responsible for Case Management of participants accepted into the program.

    The program is growing each year – there are currently 240 families being served, increasing at a rate of about 15 new families per year.
