- Stucco Application: Efficiently apply both traditional and synthetic stucco finishes to residential and commercial projects.
- Finish Techniques: Execute various finishing techniques including float, dash, lace, and smooth finishes ensuring uniformity and consistency.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for stucco application, including cleaning, minor repairs, and setting up appropriate lath or mesh.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that finishes meet company standards and client expectations.
- Safety Adherence: Comply with all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain stucco-related tools and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Minimum of 3 of experience as a Stucco Wall Finisher.
- Proficiency in a variety of stucco application techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Formal training or certification in Stucco Finishing is a plus.
