- Ability to work unique hours - days, nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.

- Ability to work in a setting requiring frequent walking, standing, climbing, stooping, heavy lifting and carrying.
- Ability to work in a setting working outside and indoors on slippery or uneven walking surfaces and ladders.
- Ability to work in a setting with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Remove trash from assigned areas and dispose in compliance with approved guidelines.
- Maintain a cleaning schedule that will include all areas of the Mark Henry Ad min Bldg. and VPAC (floors, balcony's, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, rugs, equipment, high dusting, and restrooms).
- Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo all carpet as directed.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, strips, and refinish and buff hard surface floors as directed.
- Provide set up and tear down of furniture as needed for all special events and meetings to include (chairs, tables, carts, and staging).
- Disinfect an accordance with operations policies and procedures.
- Keep building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and lake trail neat and clean.
- Follow established procedures for locking, checking and safeguarding facilities.
- Inspect machines and equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Annual Contract: 260 days
SALARY:
$13.39 per hour - HS3
Additional $1.00 per hour flex pay will be added to salary
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
