    Surveyor Cost Management Surveyor - Seattle, United States - AECOM

    Description
    Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Surveyor
    • Cost Management Surveyor to be based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.
    This position is contingent upon an expected contract award.
    The Surveyor
    • Cost Management Surveyor job responsibilities include:Work with the Company estimating systems and processes.
    Acquire basic level of understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.
    Recognize how various processes/project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.
    Under supervision, prepare bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.
    Perform duties with limited complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.
    Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.

    Offered rate of compensation (Washington locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

    The salary range for this position is $70,222.96-$129,912.47.AECOM is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
