PURPOSE:
Provide engineering support and project management to major maintenance and capital improvement projects related to the Grafton facility buildings and plant equipment
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Produce accurate and timely engineering calculationsDesign of electrical schematics, real time PC- and PLC- based control/test system on new or existing equipment.
Organizing and maintaining information on plant system/instruments and improvement programsManage budget, schedule, subcontractors and internal personnel on projectsDocumentation and training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience in design of control systems and maintenance.
Knowledge of PLC, Visual Basic, C language and AutoCAD.Good communications and organization skills.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to operate in confined spaces, or in dirty, wet, cold or hot conditions for extended periods.
Understanding of NEC code and NFPA, and hydraulic drawings.
