This position is responsible for providing professional grooming services for dogs using knowledge of canine characteristics and grooming styles and techniques.

• Deliver world-class customer satisfaction by ensuring every pet leaves the store looking and feeling its best.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet pets as they arrive.
• Greet customers with a smile, ask how you can assist them, or offer to call back after checking schedules on your computer.
• If all stylists are busy, let the customer know when their next available appointment time will be.
