- Demonstrate ability to create and build COIs in P&C Insurance, custom for specific vendors/service provides
- Translate complex insurance concepts into clear actionable documentation of requirements, i.e.: Sample COIs
- Coordinate with CMMS programs, such as Service Channel, to review compliance related documents submitted (COI) for onboarding approvals or rejections
- Assist with additional operational tasks surrounding onboarding service providers and ensuring their compliance
- HS Diploma/GED, or equivalent working experience
- Demonstrated experience creating custom COI templates within P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance and onboarding vendors/service providers
- Expert in P&C Insurance
