We are growing and looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team in the Charleston and Parkersburg WV area.We are honest and transparent because that is how our company was founded.
The right candidate must possess a proven track record of successful property management experience and knowledge. We seek someone well-versed in property maintenance marketing budgets/finances candidates who can communicate effectively verbally writing possess strong supervisory personnel management organizational skills delegate problem-solve issues walk properties units regularly monitor sites curb appeal signage project statuses opportunities improvement conduct physical property inspections critical curb appeal coordinate site meetings training certification partner guides individual Property Managers tenant renewals highest rates possible leasing properties market occupancy rent levels owner guidelines ensuring full site adherence Monarch policies best practices standard documents forms timecards leases License Occupy etc supports partners Regional Manager overseeing managing portfolio directed making strategic changes increase income decrease expenses net operating income completing thorough reviews weekly monthly quarterly annual reports responding resident complaints related to or against Property Managers legal exposure capturing tenant renewals highest rates possible additional tasks projects work assigned Regional Manager Asset Manager
