We are looking for an experienced Executive level professional to lead our Chemicals business unit. The successful candidate will shape the chemical "go to market" strategy and marshal resources in a strong "team" environment. This individual will be directly responsible for lead generation, prospect cultivation, proposal management, contract closing and account guardianship.
Develop a winning profitable business from new and existing clients
Managing and executing a client centered (i.e. solution oriented) sales process to burnish our client's reputation as a value added partner.
Establish goals for the vertical and work within the organization to achieve those goals.
Overseeing daily operations and performance for the vertical.
Assessing, evaluating, and reporting on key business indicators.
Strategizing and implementing operational and structural changes with other senior executives.
Performing regular analyses of business operations and enhancing current business practices.
Preparing, delivering, and presenting reports at key executive meetings.
Ensuring that spending and budgeting are in line with business objectives.
Collaborating with General Managers to ensure company growth and stability.
Ensuring project execution that consistently delivers value to both clients and company.

A deep understanding of the chemical industry, with an engineering services and/or construction perspective
Progressive management experience
Industry involvement and leadership
A successful track record of selling engineering or construction management services to chemical manufacturers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategies and operational management
Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA preferred
